| Embedded PROFIBUS DP module CPD-521 is one of the compact embedded module series; CPD-521 supports adding a PROFIBUS DP slave interface for Modbus RTU device through embedded Modbus UART interface. The module series are embedded with the same interface and the interface protocol (Software). Users only need to develop hardware and software once; the device can have a variety of field bus interfaces. |
Technical Specification:
- Support PROFIBUS DP V1 with PROFIBUS DP standard DB9 connector;
- Modbus RTU communicates with the users’ products by the UART interface;
- The device with Modbus RTU protocol by the development will create more DP interface of product;
- Users can choose the automation detection or the DIP switch to set DP address;
- The PROFIBUS side of CPD-521 is PROFIBUS DP V1 slave, the serial side is the Modbus master;
- PROFIBUS DP baud rate is self-adaptive, range: 9600～12Mbps;
- Input Bytes ≤244 Bytes;Output Bytes ≤244 Bytes;
- 1KV isolated PROFIBUS interface;
- Modbus RTU is the UART interface and the baud rate canbe configured by the configuration software;
